It is the intention of R E HUNT.COM to serve brokers in every way possible. Therefore to make our site more complete, we have included a system of referring clients to brokers out of your normal selling area.

Our system is designed to make it easy for you. The broker simply fills out a form, agrees with the terms of the referral agreement, and presses enter.

**Please take note that the Referral Agreement is between you and the referred broker.
   R E HUNT.COM is not a party to the transaction and receives no commissions.

This is how it works:

1. Upon recieving your referral information, R E HUNT.COM sends a notice to the broker(s)in the area you have specified.

2. We foward your information to all the brokers who respond and accept the terms of the referral agreement. The brokers who agree to co-broke are sent the information that you have sent to us.

3. We will then send you a list of the brokers that you are working with.

In short, we do all the work and you get to share in commissions that you would normally never see. In turn, the broker(s) that receive the referral get the opportunity to sell property to a client that may or may not contact his/her office under normal circumstances. Each broker involved receives commissions from both ends of a sale...an extreme rarity until now!

Once you register and obtain a Login/Password, log in and you will find the Referral Form link located on the Online Access menu page. This service is available for both residential and commercial real estate.
