All rooms included in Room Count must meet criteria below.
Variations to classifications listed can be made where additional rooms are added or room types are changed.

Description of Unit Room Count

Living room, bath, wall kitchenette:
1 room
Living room, bath, walk-in kitchenette:
1 ½ rooms
Living room, bath, walk-in kitchenette
  plus dining alcove or dining foyer:
2 rooms
Living room, bath, walk-in kitchenette
  plus dining alcove or dining foyer and sleeping alcove:
2 ½ rooms
Living room, bedroom, bath, walk-in kitchenette:
2 ½ rooms
Living room, bedroom, bath, walk-in kitchenette
  plus dining alcove or dining foyer:
3 rooms
Living room, bedroom, bath, full kitchen
  plus dining alcove or dining foyer:
3 ½ rooms
Living room, 2 bedrooms, bath, walk-in kitchenette
  plus dining alcove or dining foyer:
4 rooms
