was frustrated by the wide variety of expensive, nonproductive advertising options

John attended a few Real Estate Internet seminars and found them interesting, but posting a site on the "net" as an individual broker would put his office in the nebulous mass of thousands of possibilities when a potential buyer or seller entered "Real Estate" into any search engine. In searching further, the listing sites he found were restricted to a certain groups or locations, or not in his opinion, "user friendly".
